Export Formats

In the Share modal's Download tab, choose what to export (Notes or Transcript) and pick a format:

PDF

Opens a sub-panel with a live preview of the document on the left and download settings on the right.

Setting	Options
Page Size	Portrait (default), Landscape, Square, Mobile Portrait, Mobile Landscape
Font Size	Regular (default), Medium, Large, Extra Large, Double Extra Large
Hide document title	Off by default
Show page numbers	On by default
Remove Gistr watermark	Off by default — paid feature (crown icon)

Click Download PDF when ready.

Same options as PDF — page size, font size, hide title, page numbers, remove watermark — but exports as an image file.

A direct download. No preview, no settings — fastest export. Best for moving notes into Notion, Obsidian, or any other tool in your stack.
